Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At xxbndx_beauty_bar, we value your time and appreciate your trust in our services. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy below:
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward your final service total and helps us reserve your time with care.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-Shows
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us, your deposit will be forfeited. In addition, future bookings may require full prepayment.

En xxbndx_beauty_bar, valoramos tu tiempo y agradecemos la confianza que depositas en nuestros servicios. Para garantizar la mejor experiencia para todas nuestras clientas, te pedimos que leas cuidadosamente nuestra política de cancelación:
Depósitos
Se requiere un depósito no reembolsable para asegurar todas las citas. Este depósito se aplica al total de tu servicio el día de tu cita.
Cancelaciones
Sabemos que pueden surgir imprevistos. Si necesitas cancelar o reprogramar tu cita, te pedimos que lo hagas con al menos 24 horas de anticipación. Las cancelaciones hechas con menos de 24 horas perderán el depósito.
No Presentación
Si no te presentas a tu cita y no nos notificas con anticipación, perderás tu depósito. Además, podríamos requerir el pago total por adelantado para futuras reservas.
